Since earning a BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso, Eddie Karam has been active in the real estate industry through all its segments - brokerage, construction, development, and renovation- in both residential and commercial properties. He has been involved in every aspect of the business; however, his accomplishments in turning depressed properties into income producing assets are legendary. Now he uses his experience and skills to help others through brokering. Community involvement has included terms on El Paso’s Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Airport Board, City Charter Re-write Committee, and the Vestry and Trust Committee of the Church of St. Clement. Now residing in Austin, Texas, he sits on the Boards of the Travis County Housing Authority, the Strategic Housing Finance Corporation, a Municipal Utility District Board and Chairs the Annual Samaritan Center Golf Tournament, which provides mental health programs for families and veterans. Eddie also remains actively involved in community and real estate organizations.

Kristiana Beck

Kristiana Beck is a veteran of the Central Texas commercial real estate market with over 15 years of experience in land brokerage, entitlement, development, and commercial leasing. Kristiana assists landowners in analyzing, marketing, entitling, and selling property. She works with a variety of clients – homebuilders, apartment developers, office developers, retail developers – to identify and acquire property. She works aggressively on behalf of her clients to win deals in multiple offer situations. She is also highly skilled at helping her clients acquire off-market properties throughout Texas. Kristiana has developed strong relationships with landowners, city officials, and staff, area developers, and brokers throughout her career. These key relationships give her an edge and insight when negotiating deals and entitling property. She utilizes her extensive knowledge of Central Texas zoning rules, political climates, and development ordinances when representing landowners and buyers. Kristiana graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Kristiana and her husband live in Austin with their three dogs. She enjoys scuba diving, traveling, skiing, hiking, cooking, gardening, and reading.

After leaving the US Navy in 1996, Mike entered the hospitality industry and quickly worked his way up to purchasing his first franchise restaurant in 2003. His restaurant career led him through multiple transactions as a Principal through 2010, when he finally sold his own start-up concept and exited the business. However, that experience gave Mike a passion for real estate and earned him a very specific skill set that helped catapult him into commercial brokerage. Leveraging his experience while simultaneously focusing on furthering his education, he quickly excelled as a commercial real estate agent because of a strong work ethic that is second nature. Since then, he has completed his AAS Degree and is on track to finish his CCIM designation very soon. His experience includes development, sales, leasing, investments, consultation, and property management, as well as luxury (for owner occupants & investors). In addition to his service for our Country, Mike also served his local community as a full-time firefighter/paramedic, as well as being a regular volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, Austin. He's also currently sitting as the President of the Board of Directors for Municipal Utility District 19E and has also sat on various City and Economic Boards. He is an active BSA Scout Leader and Treasurer for his son's Troop, is involved with his sons' local 4H group as well as both of their PTO's and is an active member in Rotary and the Austin Scottish Rite as a 32° Master Mason.

Nathan Pinson

After separating from the US Army in 2000, Nathan Pinson started his real estate career in 2001, working with a local multi-family developer, Larry Peel. His career has taken him through every aspect of brokerage since then, including residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leasing, land development, property redevelopment, site selection for both developers and end-users, HOA management, subdivision, rezones for compatibility, and property use conversions. He has worked with fortune 500 companies, local utility districts, local and national developers, local and national builders (both residential and commercial), global tech companies, and international relocation clients. His community involvement includes sitting on the Board of Directors for Municipal Utility District 19, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in Austin, Empower One in Uganda, Africa, and serving the local homeless population through Community First in Austin. He has been able to combine his heart for service and his experience in all aspects of real estate activity to represent a national multi-family developer in their site selection to put thousands of doors on affordable housing on the ground in Central Texas. Nathan joined the Realty Austin family because he recognized them as leaders and innovators in an industry that has seen many changes in recent years. Because of all the resources Realty Austin offers, he really enjoys the fact that he gets to spend more quality time with the most important people in his life, his family. Nathan was lucky enough to marry his best friend in the summer of 2014, and they are blessed to be called Mommy and Daddy by two amazing little boys. They enjoy going to the lake, camping all around Central Texas, catching a live show, hitting the local pizza joint, baseball games at the Dell Diamond, and family runs/walks around the numerous parks throughout Central Texas. They also go to Costco a lot. Possibly an abnormal amount. While he has been a top producer in several fields, Nathan is most proud of the relationships he's built over his career one transaction at a time and looks forward to serving you.
